STEM Train to Teach Evening – Monday 8 February 2016 at Wycombe High School
Have you considered teaching as a career? There are many opportunities for newly qualified graduates to train in a school and receive a bursary for doing so. Go along to the event above and find out more. There is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) focus but the evening will be equally useful to those wishing to train for other subjects. Training places are still available in art, biology, chemistry, computer science, design technology, English, geography, mathematics, Modern Foreign Languages and physics across their partnership of fifteen local schools.
Further details and how to register for a place are on Wycombe High School’s website http://www.whs.bucks.sch.uk/402/about-whs/teacher-training
School direct is a teacher training programme for high quality graduates. Trainees are based in schools with one day a week studying through a Higher Education Provider.
