Design Technology Block official opening

On Thursday 11th November we were delighted to welcome the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers' and its current Master, Mr David Woodward to officially open the remodelled Design Technology Block. The new workshops and classrooms have been in use for a year but the official opening was delayed due to Covid restrictions.
We were very happy to have the Company members, some of whom were JHGS Alumni themselves to talk to current students and Mr Woodward and Dr Smart judged a range of coffee tables made by our previous year 11 class, awarding prizes to Ben and Kiran.
