Exam Results Information
A-level results will be published on Thursday 15th August. These will be released electronically to students at 8.00am using the School Gateway app.
Results paperwork can be collected at 9.30am from the School where staff will be available to give advice and guidance for result enquiries and/or UCAS as required.
GCSE results day is Thursday 22nd August. These results can only be collected from school at 9:30am. Members of staff will be available to assist students in dealing with issues arising from their GCSE results. Students are strongly advised to collect results in person on this day.
If your son is unable to collect his results, but would like someone else to do so on his behalf, he will need to send in a letter or email in advance of results day to firstname.lastname@example.org marked for the attention of Mrs Openshaw, the Examinations Officer, stating who will be collecting his results. That person must bring in suitable identification on the day, such as a driving licence or passport, as we will not give his results to anyone else without written permission from the pupil. Results cannot be e-mailed to individuals or given out by telephone. Any paperwork that has not been collected by 2.00pm will be sent out by post.
Please note that, with the advent of the new privacy laws, we will also need your son’s permission to discuss his results with anyone other than himself.
