John Hampden Grammar School

Sixth Form

Most students stay on from Year 11 into the Sixth Form and are joined by some external candidates. The results obtained by the end of Year 13 are exceptional. Value added figures (progress from GCSE) are also some of the highest amongst Buckinghamshire grammar schools.

Students are also expected to take an active role in the life of the School and are usually seen as role models for the younger students. To find out more please read the Sixth Form prospectus.
This year the Sixth Form Open Evening will be held on Wednesday 7 November, commencing at 6.00 pm with a presentation by Miss Helen Burrow, Head of Sixth Form.  (There is no requirement to book places for this event.)  The Sixth Form Prospectus for 2019 entry will be available on the website by mid-October and at the Open Evening.
