Careers and Next Steps

Each of our students gets bespoke careers guidance and individual support to choose their future pathway and become well-prepared to follow it – whether that is university, a degree-apprenticeship or more vocational route.

We teach employability, soft skills, interview techniques, how to stand out, and all students are helped to secure a work experience placement. And we have additional programmes of support for students on particular pathways:
