Teaching Staff - Deputy Head of Sixth Form

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the high performing Sixth Form at John Hampden Grammar School. Starting in September 2021, we are seeking a dynamic and progressive teacher who can provide excellent strategic and operational support to the Assistant Headteacher – Director of Sixth Form. Working with the wider Sixth Form team, you will enable our Sixth Form students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to further their future plans and to make a positive contribution to society.

We are a very successful, oversubscribed selective school for boys. Categorised as “Outstanding” by Ofsted, we would especially welcome applications from teachers with a specialism in English or Physics, though all other specialisms are welcome to apply.

If you feel you have the skills and commitment to support us in getting the best from our students, then we would love to hear from you - a relocation allowance may be available for candidates who apply directly.

Information on the role can be found here.  Closing date for applications is 9 a.m. on 18th January 2021.  Interviews will be held (remotely) later that week.
